About First Thursday Concerts

The St. Paul's First Thursday Artist Series provides monthly outreach to our community, supports organizations that support others, and gives local artists a beautiful space in which they may share their talent! 


Since the First Thursday series began in 2005, over 100 musical artists from all over the Walla Walla Valley have performed concerts in the nave of St. Paul's Episcopal Church.


The series typically offers a lunchtime venue between noon and 1 PM on the First Thursday of each month. The events are free and open to the community. Attendees may bring in a brown bag lunch to enjoy quietly during the event.


The featured artist selects a charity to which all free will donations are given.

2024-2025 Season

Our 2024 - 2025 Season Program will be announced soon, with our first concert scheduled for September 5. We look forward to welcoming you back for more art and music this fall!

  • For musicians:
    We welcome all genres of music and there is no fee for artists to perform. Artists typically choose a charity to which all free will donations are given.

    Musical programs typically fill the 30-minute block of time between 12:15 - 12:45 on the first Thursday of each month. The front of the nave serves as the performance space and we can schedule rehearsals with you in advance of your appearance. We have a baby grand piano for accompanists/soloists.
